19th – 23rd March saw the Student Council, Sports Leaders and the PE department collaborate to organise activities to raise money for Sport Relief.

The Student Council presented assemblies and sold wristbands across both sites.

The Sports Leaders organised different stalls for Yr 7’s to pay 10p a go at activities like – pin the glove on Joe Hart, Crossbar challenge, Basketball shoot out and others.

The PE Department organised the Lower school sponsored mile for all Lower school pupils to participate in.

Upper school Student voice organised a sponsored mile at lunchtime on Townfields, an Egg hunt in the quad and a tombola for Easter Eggs kindly donated by teaching staff, pupils and Morrisons of Armthorpe.

Well done to all who were involved – through these various activities and the 23rd March being a non uniform day an amazing  grand total of £2276 was raised for Sport Relief.
