Feedback From Parents and Carers
Many thanks to all our parents and carers who returned surveys to us this year and particularly those who took the time to write responses. We have received a detailed breakdown of what you have said to us and are using this feedback to help us on our journey to outstanding.

What we have done
Some parents were unsure of the range of extra-curricular activities that we offer our students.
We have improved our website to display the variety of activities that our students take part in. Please click on the link here to take a look.
A high majority of parents said that their children were well taught at Hall Cross.
We have introduced a new cycle of internal monitoring, self-evaluation and review across all areas of the academy.
The overwhelming majority of parents told us that their children are happy and confident since starting at Hall Cross Academy and stated that they felt behaviour and safety are both good.
We have conducted a review of our Behaviour policy and launched our new Behaviour policy.This will be reviewed regularly by staff and students. The new policy is available here.
Parents have said that they would like a progress report for their child that is easier to follow.
We have introduced a new style academic report for all students in 2019.
