Inclusion Support Worker

About the Vacancy

Salary: GRADE 7: £18631-£21799

Term time plus 2 weeks, 37 hours per week, fixed term

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated person to support targeted individuals and groups of learners, in the first instance Looked After Children, who have been excluded or at risk of exclusion in mainstream learning across KS3 and KS4.  The Inclusion Support Worker will work with staff, agencies and families to provide support and guidance to identified pupils and those engaged with them, removing barriers to learning in order to achieve a successful mainstream education. As well as promoting effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achieve full potential in KS4.  This is a term time post initially until August 2019.
