About the Vacancy

Salary: £18,889 - £22,131 (Actual Salary)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and competent individual to work with the inclusion and pastoral teams to organise and manage lesson delivery and intervention programmes to support students with SEMH, ensuring effectiveness and consistency for students and staff.

The main aspect of the job is to provide care, reassurance and practical support to pupils and work with the whole school to promote positive behaviour management. To deal with inappropriate behaviour in accordance with school behaviour plans and policies and to develop a change in behaviour and to deliver the function of the Academy’s internal alternative provision set up. Please note that the post holder will often be the sole supervisor of the classroom. Therefore, the ability to work alone is essential.
