Doncaster Cross Country

On Wednesday 26 students across year seven to thirteen competed in the Doncaster schools’ cross country event. Despite the weather over the last week, Wednesday turned out to be a dry and calm day. However, with the ground muddy in places and the two hills of the Keepmoat course, the cross-country race would be a test for all involved. With 134 students competing across the four races, the top 10 students in each race who would go on to represent Doncaster in the South Yorkshire schools trials.

Congratulations to all the students below who made the top 10 in their race:

Year 7 – Preston Clark (10th), Gracie Leeder (3rd), Divan Dara (6th), Hannah Bond (7th), Olivia Misfud (8th).

Year 8/9 – Mia Rock (3rd), Lucie Tho

Year 10/11 – Sophie James (2nd), Adam Allam (3rd)

Sixth form – Connor Anderson (2nd), Max Joynes (3rd), Zara Yamani (1st)
